Yes! Because there are a lot of hip and midsection movements you will be getting a complete core workout.
 
I’m not the most coordinated person in the world. I feel like I have two left feet, can I do Zumba Fitness?

Yes, even the most uncoordinated person can do Zumba Fitness. The moves are very easy to follow. The instructor goes through the moves clearly so you don’t feel lost. Just go at your pace and you will get it.
 
I don’t have enough time?

The great thing about Zumba Fitness is that you don’t have to think about it. You just go to the class and start following the instructor. Most classes are from 45 minutes to an hour. You can do half of the class and leave early, you won’t be penalized or anything like that. If you are really short on time, you could always do it at home by watching Zumba Fitness workout videos. But the experience of being in a class is what makes Zumba so special from any other form of exercise.

Earlier this week, I dropped in for a Zumba class and I loved it. The studio is a good size studio. There were about 20 ladies in the class and we all had enough room to move around. The studio is full of mirrors, so it’s nice being able to see yourself dancing.

I have been to many Zumba classes in other places and while the instructors were good at giving instructions they weren’t really that good at dancing.

But the Zumba instructor here, boy can SHE MOVE! She’s got the moves. She’s also very patient and good at giving cues. I am definitely coming back.

They also have parking which is a plus. The studio is only 3 blocks from the Malden T stop if you use transportation.

Zumba with Aimee is by far the most exciting and invigorating exercise class I have ever participated in. Aimee knows how to keep her students engaged and wanting more. From the moment you meet Aimee, you can feel the positive energy and that is what differentiates her class from other Zumba classes.

What I love most about the whole Zumba experience with Aimee is the interaction she has with each student. Aimee watches everyone and encourages each individual to work to “their” potential, always offering modified versions of techniques for those that may need it while never skipping a beat or distracting from the class.

One class and I got hooked! Let me just start off by saying it takes ALOT to motivate me. I’ve always dreaded working out which is why it has always been so difficult for me to get into a workout routine. Aimee changed that for me. Her energy, enthusiasm, and her uplifting spirit make it a great experience and I’m always ready and excited to walk into her classes because it’s fun!
