** Zumba®Fitness: A 45 minute, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness party! Come see what all the buzz is about! This is pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. Class may include a couple of Zumba® Toning or Zumba® STEP choreographed songs.

** Total Body Conditioning: This 45 minute class will help you tone your body, gain muscular strength and endurance and even improve cardiovascular endurance. You will work all the major muscle groups in a fun and safe environment, through a variety of exercises and a diversity of classes or segments in a class, such as, Indoor Bootcamp, Tabatas, Circuit Training, Weight training, Muscle Conditioning or Floor-work, Fartlek & Interval Training.
* Modifications for all the exercises will be taught, depending on your fitness level.

What should I wear to the Zumba® classes?

You can wear anything that is loose and comfortable.  Some of our students wear sweat pants and  fun T-shirts.  For shoes you can wear sneakers (with little or no tread) or some kind of dance shoes.
