Zumba® And Dance Fitness Schedule
classes are taught by Aimee and her team at Core Cardio Fitness.
Core Cardio Fitness
** Triple Z: This 60 minute class combines our 3 Zumba® Fitness formats (Zumba® Fitness, Zumba® Toning and Zumba® Step) into one class to give you a fun and unique high calorie burning experience.
*The class also includes a short segment of abs-conditioning exercises. Please note that Zumba® Toning sticks are required for this class and may be purchased from instructor.
** Weight Training: 15 minutes of total body conditioning with the use of dumbbells or body bars, body weight and/or resistance bands.
** Tuesday and Thursday classes (Weight Training and Zumba® Fitness) take place in our other location, Early Learning Center Gym, at 257 Mountain Ave, Malden, Ma.
** Interval Training: This 30 minute, segment is nothing but a fun Bootcamp. Class includes cardio and strength training exercises, most of which can be modified depending on your fitness level.
What should I wear to the Zumba® classes?
You can wear anything that is loose and comfortable. Some of our students wear sweat pants and fun T-shirts. For shoes you can wear sneakers or some kind of dance shoes.
