10 Minute High Intensity Workout For Women

 

This workout is part of my 21 Day Fitness Challenge. The duration of this workout is 10 minutes and consists of the following 5 exercises:

Squats
Push-ups
Jog in place
Plank
Knee ups

We will be doing 20 seconds of exercising and 10 seconds of rest.

Note: If 20 seconds is too easy for you, you can then increase it to 30 or 40 seconds. If you do increase it to 40 seconds, you can also increase your rest period to 20 seconds.

Repeat the whole routine 4 times and do it 2 to 3 times a week. The great thing about this exercise is that you can do it in the comfort of your home.

As a fitness instructor, I get to talk to a lot of women about their frustrations, pains and struggles when it comes to reaching their fitness goals, and two of the things that I hear in particular is that they would love to workout, but they just don’t have the time and that it’s too complicated.

And that’s why, I started my 21 Day Fitness Challenge, to show women that getting in-shape doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. Remember, it’s only complicated and time consuming if YOU view it that way.
