Let me just start off by saying it takes ALOT to motivate me. I’ve always dreaded working out which is why it has always been so difficult for me to get into a workout routine. Aimee changed that for me. Her energy, enthusiasm, and her uplifting spirit make it a great experience and I’m always ready and excited to walk into her classes because it’s fun! A friend introduced me to her and I was hesitant at first thinking,”ehh Zumba is not my thing”. What I didn’t realize is this Zumba has more to offer because it combines Zumba step (which I really love), Zumba dance and toning.

I could go on writing about how great her classes are but I won’t because if you really want to know, try a class and find out.

Aimee is energetic and an impressive Zumba/Fitness instructor. Aimee is connected with her students at all times…she knows each student by name, she knows who has a bad back or knees and she modifies the workout for each individual while being in a group setting. She is my personal trainer and I trust her. I have been with Aimee for 7 months and my overall health has improved. My day to day life has improved and best of all my feeling of happiness and wellbeing have improved.
