A Quick Workout For Busy Moms


“I have no time to exercise”, is not an excuse when it comes to this quick workout that you can do at home.

This quick workout will have your legs, butt and core sizzling in less than 10 minutes.

This workout consists of a plank, lunges, and squats. Repeat the whole routine 3 to 4 times and do it 2 to 3 times a week.

Note: If 20 seconds is too easy for you, you can then increase it to 30 or 40 seconds. If you do 40 seconds, you can increase your rest period to 20 seconds.
